Went in with my family the day before the SuperBowl to finally get a new TV. Store Manager David Stuve greeted us right away and asked us some questions to point us in the right direction. Customer service was superb and he clearly knows his stuff! He wasn't pushy by any means and in fact shared with us that we could get a slightly larger TV for the same price as the smaller one due to a sale they were having. We love our new TV over our fire place and appreciated watching the Seahawks beat the Patriots with crisp picture quality!

Great prices, super deals, super convenient! Garrett was awesome. Patient and kind and helped us explaining the differences in the tv choices. You won’t get this kind of service and easy parking at the big box stores, PLUS they guarantee the best prices!! Go in, ask for Garrett, you won’t be disappointed!

Incredible service!! Garrett walked us through specs of different TVs and sound systems. He gave us a lot of great information so we could make an informed decision on what would work best for us. The price we ended up walking out with was fantastic and I absolutely will be going to Video Only for all my future home entertainment needs!

I’ve been a repeat TV customer at Video Only Eugene, and they consistently deliver the best combination of TV selection, pricing, and customer service of any retailer in the area. I recently upgraded to a larger screen for my living room, and Video Only had an excellent selection of higher-end models exactly in the category I was looking for. Every TV was set up in the showroom so I could properly view and test them. I worked with David Stuve, who was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. He took the time to listen to what I wanted, never tried to upsell me, and guided me directly to the manufacturer and model I was interested in. We watched demo content together and adjusted settings so I could dial in the picture to my personal preferences. Beyond the great service and selection, Video Only’s pricing is unbeatable. No local retailer, big box or otherwise, came anywhere close. Even the cheapest online option was still about $500 more, not to mention the stress of shipping such a large TV and hoping it arrives undamaged. Video Only also offers extended warranties that are more comprehensive and fair than even what Costco (across the street) provides. I’ve had experience with both, and Video Only’s warranty service stands out for its smoother claims process, better communication, and fair compensation when replacements are needed. I highly recommend Video Only for any major home theater purchase. I’m a repeat customer and will absolutely continue to be one.

Video Only is fantastic! The manager, David helped us figure out the perfect Samsung TV without glare for our room that has many windows and 2 skylights. He is very knowledgeable about all of his products and they had the best price in town for what we wanted. It is definitely worth checking out.

Had a great experience here! Drove by the place a couple times thinking, "hmm, what is this joint?" but we decided to check it out as the wife and I were looking for a new tv for our motor home(and costco was a bust!). We found the perfect option thanks to James! He was so professional, knowledgeable, and sweet. It felt like what I imagine my parents felt like in the 80s/90s walking into a store and having actual customer service and an intimate experience with a knowledgeable employee. Chivalry isn't dead here. Would highly recommend 👌

Looking for a new/larger TV, had my eyes set on a Sony Bravia (being I own ProVidCam). Having looked through Costco's Lineup, all but 1 Sony was being offered. So across the street I went. I was Welcomed coming in... met David and walked towards the big displays, reviewed what I had in mind, and he showed me the lineup. I like how Video Only has more TV's in a row and more standard room light as alot of the newer Tv's have the ability to adjust brightness automatically, and for certain.., my living room isn't lit up like a warehouse, and would prefer to see how the TV is going to look like in a more true-to-life setting and was easier to compare as there lower to ground level. I really like the Bravia, but the New OLED's by Samsung Really Stand Out. We discussed alot (Im one of those million question guys). David answered all of them and pulled up a different demo that displayed other countryside views (something Costco doesn't offer) which help see difference between all the Tv's, less rapid moving scenery, more time to evaluate through all the TV's lined up. I left, did more research, then came back a few days later. David helped out again, and I made the decision to go with Samsung 77" OLED. (I recently upgraded my tablet that now has OLED, so I've seen the difference it can make)... but on a LARGE Display... WoW. I'm old fashion, my Dad was a TV repairman back in the day, when customer service was Real Customer Service. Returning one last time for purchase/pickup, David was helping another couple so I spent time looking at other products. He shortly swung by, and 'asked' if he could spend more time with the other customer.. 'He Asked'... Old Fashion Customer Service! David also pointed out Samsung was offering a deal if you paired one of their QSoundbar systems with select TV's, which I was getting, So it gave me time to research/consider a sound upgrade. My 11yr old LG TV went on the fritz and I so I headed to Video Only for a new one. Bought a Samsung 3d TV there 13yrs ago that I still have in my bedroom. The service was great, they were not pushy, gave me space when I needed, knowledable, and best off all, the best prices around! Got the best deal on a new TCL 65QM8K, amazing price savings!! Got the 5yr warranty, which i don't usually buy, because the price was so good.

It had been a terrible, horrible no good, very bad type of RVing weekend . . . Let's just say the the weather was bad and we a series of unexpected turns that made for some challenging moments. Returning home we learned our kitty sitter turned on the TV and at that moment the remote stopped working. I called Video Only to inquire about replacement remotes. David said I have one I can give you for free. My husband and I looked at each other thinking we must have heard that wrong. I showed up and he gave me one for free with fresh batteries. Who does that? It was an unbelievable experience. Then he went on to help me trouble shoot a sound bar problem I am having. It was such a refreshing experience that I've forgotten the weekend's many issues. One great man with a vision about what it is to build and grow a business. I won't shop anywhere else! Outstanding customer service! I visited the store on three different occasions recently and talked with James, Garrett and owner, David. Super easy to work with and great prices. The contractor they recommend, Knox Contracting ,and their staff were awesome as well. This is a company with excellent customer service, no BS and best pricing. I purchased an 83 inch Samsung TV as well as a 43 inch Samsung TV, sound bar,; simply outstanding.
